I have decided to let my coloured hair grow out. So my trip to the hairdressers was just a trim. Perhaps in a couple months time I might change my mind. At the moment it doesn't look too bad, in fact it doesn't look any different except I have grey/white hair at my temples. Why is it that men with grey temples are said to look distinguished while women look old??
If you look behind me, yes you can see a very large treadmill. It's waiting to be taken up to our little bedroom, but here, it is convenient to hop on if you want to run a mile (not me!) DH does and up hill!
I can do a 2 mph walk for 5 mins!!
I hate exercising, do you enjoy it?

I find it easier to exercise in a group so have joined an chair aerobics session it certainly puts the fun into exercise. Is it a piano behind you, do you play?
Good for you Chris. I have never colored my hair. I am 49 years old and my hair is about 35% white.
I walk on the treadmill 6 days a week. That is an excellent start Chris. Just keep at it. You will find you are able to walk just a bit more and just a bit faster soon. Truly!
Lovely any way.
I see ladies with completely snow-white hair and envy them. For dollhouse artists or crafters, exercise is a must. We sit down for too long. You are lucky to have a lovely complexion and can choose any color of hair.
Hugs,
Drora
Lovely picture <3 I hate exercising which is why I have my ponies and do the gardening. It's not hard work then :D
I like how your hair looks.
I agree with your comments about grey hair & men. I've told my husband for years "when men get grey they are called distinguished...when women get grey they are called old...so when you pass distinguished and get old I'll stop dying my hair and grow old with you". Have a great day!
