Serious advice!!!

..............Don't chose a design that you so love that you can't stop stitching it!!
I get up in the morning and pick this up and at eleven o'clock I am still in my dressing gown and stitching!!

Monday we decided that we would get started on the decorating, so we can make inroads into putting the house up for sale.. and what have we done?? Nothing, but we do know what is to be done because we  have talked about it so much!
But at least we have discussed what is needed, and for us who hate DIY that is a big step.
I just love this Houses design!

I know how you feel! I'm still here in my dressing gown after stitching my Mermaid since I got up...I just put it down, and thought I'd check the blogs before I go get dressed :o)

How fun - to stitch the day away. You have made wonderful progress. Looking forward to seeing this one grow.

Isn't it fun to stitch something like this that you look forward to working on as much as possible! The house is going to be even more beautiful when fully "constructed!"

I don't blame you a bit for not wanting to stop. It's lovely.

Your house design looks lovely. Can just imagine why you can't put it down. Maybe once you have a paintbrush in your hand ...! A x

Isn't it a shame that you can't just stitch yourself a new house!!

Understand the house selling bit we're at the same stage.

It's coming on a treat too, with all that stitching time. Good Luck with the DIY stuff.... my DH has A Round Tuit approach! LOL :0)
