Back on the wagon!

Good results this week I lost 1.5 pounds, which has given me a lift. I have managed to get my head around the fact I am going to be a while losing this weight. I will not lose 2 stone before Christmas which is 14 weeks away, but I will lose weight when I keep to the  plan.. but thinking that is sooooo hard.
This is what I sometimes crave!!

Ahah, my weakness is brownies, particularly if they involve ice cream and strawberries...!

Well I could easily demolish a box of almond fingers , no problem! Cake is my BIG downfall, crisps I can resist no problem, even chocolate to a certain extent, but I cake just calls and calls me :(
