Oh dear!

This is me, and some mornings all I do is sort out the chair! Some of the clothes could go in the wash, but I have this idea to wear them while doing the housework, to dirty them off.. but then I forget and they're still there.
Some need a button, or a stitch. If I put them in my drawers or wardrobe they'd be out of sight and forgotten, so they need to be where I can see them!
One dress is a wool mixture so hand wash only. Dh is not allowed to touch it, as he washed a beautiful Fair Isle cardigan and it ended up in a rag bag! And the sad thing was, he had bought it for me.
And then there's the pop socks. which do need to be washed but it's so easy to dump them on the chair, although my wash basket is near.. so I must sort out my chair. Needless to say Dh hasn't got a chair.
There is also the fact I don't seem to have enough hangers, so the chair is a very needed half way house for my clothes.
Do you have a chair?

Ih yes, I've got a chair! It's only fairly recently that I have made myself clear it every day.

I do have a chair. It mainly holds jumpers at this time of year.

I don't have 'a chair' but in this cold weather I do have a 'radiator' which all my clothes get put onto overnight ready for them to be warmed up in the morning when the central heating clicks back on. Things straight out of the wardrobe feel like I have taken them straight from the fridge!!

I have a chair too. I put clothes on it at night if I am going to wear them next day. It is beside the laundry bin, so dirties go straight in there.
I have been fairly ruthless this year about keeping the chair clear. But there IS a pair of purple tights which need mending, I tied a knot in the leg to remind me...but somehow have not got round to it yet. The tights have been languishing there since New Year's Day!

Yes, I have a chair. The next day's clothes go on it, ready for the morning, BUT they're on a mountain of other clothes that have been put there for some other, forgotten, reason. Shocking!

We have no room in the bedroom for a chair, but, I regret to say, do have a 'floordrobe'. There. My guilty secret is out! But 8n my defence it's only that day's clothes that go on the floor beside my bed.

I have a floor! Next to my bed.

Reading the comments was so funny as I could have written most of them myself! I don't have a "floordrobe" although there are often socks lingering for weeks under my bed. I clear my chair on Saturdays as that's laundry day but some things go right back on it!

D and I are just getting to grips with the demise of the floordrobe, so no clothes chairs allowed here. Time will tell if a chair will be needed again :-)
