Odd, I was able to view the video while others here in the States could not. Also odd is an Elvis festival in Wales! I checked to see if he had Welsh heritage but apparently not. But his appeal was certainly universal! It looks like a fun, unique event. Bet he would have loved it!
I wonder what Elvis would have made of it.
