Hi Chris! I joined your blog about a month ago and ran into some trouble accessing it on my iPhone, where I usually comment. Today, I decided to switch to my desktop, and here I am. I would see a little preview of your post on the Blogger reader, and that was it.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad that many took the time to let you know. I've had such issues with Blogger before - it is frustrating. I look forward to reading your posts and making comments.
I am me too. Good for us!
ReplyDeleteYou can write to blogger- click on help- and let them know. They usually don't answer, but they often fix things of me when I let them know.
ReplyDeleteI love the sayings. Hopefully the ones that can't read or leave comments will be able to figure something else soon. Anything happens in my electronic World I'll just quit because there's nobody in my house that knows anything about computers.
ReplyDeleteHi again Chris. I checked a bit further today and I find that on both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, for me too your page is blocked "by Norton" with the following message: "Dangerous Web Page Blocked
ReplyDeleteYou attempted to access https://alwayssmiling24.blogspot.com
This is a known dangerous webpage. It is highly recommended that you do NOT visit this page. Visit Norton to learn more about phishing and internet security."
However, on Firefox (often my preferred browser), no problem - they seem to regard your page as secure (and no interfering from Norton).
I find it odd about Norton's involvement since I don't actually have Norton installed on my computer. But I supppose they must be cooperating with Microsoft/Google on som other level.
One thing hit me that you might want check: If you go to your Blogger settings and scroll down a bit, you'll find a HTTPS button that can be turned either on or off. If redirection to HTTPS is not turned on , that might possibly (??) have something to do with it. (I'm not sure but it's an easy enough thing to try, anyway!) Hope you get it sorted out one way or another.
I cannot comment with my iPad
ReplyDeleteLove your blog. Read it every day. Cannot comment from my ipad or iphone
ReplyDeleteI used to have trouble reading your blog when we had sky Internet but since we've changed provider I've had no problem at all.
ReplyDeleteIt's so weird as I can't access your blog when I'm at home but can anywhere else. I usually have a catch up when I'm out and about!
