Surfing ebay!

My latest buy from that evil shop.... but on looking through how can some people ask for £4 for a page out of a magazine? I have given bags of magazines away so now wonder could I have made a fortune out of selling the pages!! LOL

I was looking for a chart called 'Fairies at the Bottom of my Garden.' One of my followers is stitching this but I can't remember who.. is it you? It is in a magazine and she has said I can have it when she has finished, but I thought if  I knew what magazine it was from I could try to get it as a back
number.

If you are reading this mystery stitcher please tell me who you are!!LOL

Still time to enter for my 5th Anniversary giveaway.. leave a message here or on the previous post.

Happy Days

  10. 4 quid?!? You kidding right? So appalling. I knew people were selling pages for £2, but £4 is getting a bit ridiculous ... for that money one could almost buy an entire magazine. I only ever sold an entire magazine for 99p ... as mum bought me one from a charity shop which I already had from subscription. Maybe I should go through my old magazines and make a fortune too. eBay is my vice too by the way.

  11. Oh yeah and that magazine I have sold ... I made a loss as I have undercharged for postage due to it being larger than a4 and being a package rather than a large letter as I thought.

  12. I found out the pattern is from The Cross Stitcher magazine, don't know the issue exactly, but some time in 2007 or before... Good luck! Hope you find it. :)

  13. Oh hurray! You got the Cut Thru' Vintage Caravan! I would love to stitch that one too some day. I bought my chart for the Cut Thru' Igloo on eBay UK. It was only the pages torn from the magazine and I happily paid $8 for it!
