I ...Sorry to read that you are feeling down, Chris. I know it's easy for me to say but you had an operation and you just don't bounce back from that. It will take a while for you to feel more content in yourself. If you can, don't be so hard on yourself. It might take more time than you'd like but you will get into the right frame of mind to feel more content and lose those extra pounds. Take care.Mary - Lecoeurceltiquehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11521507730917790951noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1993625127076778295.post-59107863997864124192017-08-07T22:13:38.886+01:002017-08-07T22:13:38.886+01:00It will be mainly fluid retention I think. I know ...It will be mainly fluid retention I think. I know if I sit and knit my ankles are like puddings no matter how little I eat & drink.
I keep meaning to try to walk every day even for just 20 minutes but the rain puts me off! I know if I can swim a couple of times a week that certainly helps lose the fluid. It certainly helped when I did Weightwatchers becasue I could never lose weight before that.

You just have to be in the right frame of mind and that's the hatd thing when you feel down. Just keep trying even the smallest amount of movement helps. Now I need to get my granddaughter's hula hoop out again & try it!

Take care of yourself.Winifredhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12415302188575538163noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1993625127076778295.post-33963247992923037632017-08-04T18:00:49.107+01:002017-08-04T18:00:49.107+01:00My waistline is expanding too...
