Thank you, thank you, thank you.....

.... To all you lovely peeps who leave me such wonderful comments.. 
It boosts me as you all know and today I really need them, because at my weigh in yesterday I had put on a pound!! I was so disappointed because I don't know where that came from. We had followed the food plan and I hadn't  had anything extra, so I thought,  but I must have because the scales showed I had!

I wanted to lose a pound a week up to Christmas, which is only 14 weeks away and that would have been a whole stone.. so this week I am trying especially hard to lose that extra pound and more!! I was doing so well too, now I have to take a pound off my ticker weight measure thingy! Boo hoo!

It's a pound, try not to be disheartened. I am sure you can do this....
You know our weight fluctuates throughout the day... You maybe pleasantly surprised next week :)
What a great idea to lose 1 pound a week until Christmas... May well join you :)

Don't get too disheartened, I know that is sometimes easier said than done but the results may show next week :)

Oh dear! Don't worry to much about it. Just stick to the plan and you'll see, next week you'll lose 2 pounds ;)

I find that weight loss is not linear, some weeks you loose more than others, sometimes you put on a little. I am sure come Christmas, you will have reached your goal. Thinking of you. x

You could make up for it this week by giving that walk with the husband and dog a go. :)

Sorry to hear you are having difficulty. Try not to be too hard on yourself, don't give up just look at the next week as a new week to try again :)

Don't be discouraged! While losing weight if your walking or are more active you are losing weight but muscle is more solid. That's why while on a life changing plan you are asked to take measurements. You probly lost inches while gaining muscle toning. Stick to what you are doing. You are doing great! love Annette

Don't give up, Chris! You'll get there. :)
As for the scales, mine were stubbornly showing I had not lost any weight, then I went to the doctor - turned out I lost 15 lbs! (it took over 6 months, but...)Maybe your scale is broken,too. Hang in there. ;)

Hang in there on trying to lose the weight - don't get discouraged. I am working on my weight as well and it is a slow process, but I find it to be worthwhile in helping my knees, etc. Little by little it is coming off, so I am encouraged even though it sometimes fluctuates back and forth. Hang in there and you will get there.
