Round Robin; My Pride and Joy!

This is Tina's piece for the S&S Round Robin.
I stitched June and that's partly why I haven't written anything here because I have been busy stitching and frogging this!! Margaret Sherry designs have odd little half stitches and some in the middle of a whole bank of stitching so needless to say I won't be buying any for me!!  LOL
This will be lovely when it is finished, Clare stitched February and Dusty stitched May.
And the other reason is my garden. I have been busy planting up my patio pots and this is my hanging basket.
All the plants were bought as plugs and grown on in the green house. I am very proud of this as it is in my eyes magnificent!!

Lots more to do in the garden as with the snow I was late planting my seeds and the plants are only now big enough to plant out.
Happy days everyone.

The RR is lovely. I have to say I'm not keen on fractional stitches. Your hanging basket is gorgeous.

I've stitched a couple of Margaret Sherry designs myself so I know what you mean Chris with the random little back stitches - they are worth the effort though and do seem to bring the little animals to life - as you say it will be lovely when it's all completed.
Your hanging basket is beautiful - you definitely have green fingers!
They cost the earth at the Garden Centres so much better if you can do them yourself
Happy days to you too xxx

Chris. your hanging Baasket is gorgeous. I am not a very good hand in the grden I am afraid. The RR looks great and I know what you mean about all those half cross stitches, I was growling at them myself.

Pretty stitching. The fractional stitching doesn't bother me. I think you get great effects. Your hanging baskets look great. I've tried some!!! I'm envious.

You have been busy Chris. The RR is lovely, such a lot of work and the hanging basket is very pretty. Gardens do take a lot of time. Hope the summer weather means you can enjoy your efforts. A x

Those fractionals are a pain but they do seem to make the pieces. The RR is looking lovely. :0)
